"Coffee and Canvas"....

This Wednesday, July 15th, 10am-12pm, is our "Coffee and Canvas" workshop...want to come and play?

You can bring ANY canvas project you'd like to work on (and I would love to help you with it!) OR you can create our "featured project!" This month's project features a 12x24 canvas, four 5x5 thin canvas pieces and a vinyl! Regularly priced, this project would be $45...but you can enjoy this project for just $22. It's going to be super fun and we would love for YOU to join us!

Oh, I bet you'd like a peek of the project...hmmm, how about Monday? Let's keep you holding on to the edge of your seats for a couple days. :)

You won't need to bring any supplies (fun, right?). Photos would be awesome, but not necessary (you can add them later). We just want you to come and play with canvas!

Look forward to seeing you on Wednesday!

-Elizabeth

P.S. Last month's workshop attendees suggested we rename it to "Coffee, Canvas and CALORIES" so we might just have doughnuts too! Now if that isn't enticing...

winner winner chicken dinner!

Congratulations to the fabulous Miss Shelly Smits...the winner of the 12x12 frame!
Her fun frame idea was:

How about a garden theme with a trellis frame and mini garden tools or lady bugs for magnets? I could even seen dried herbs attached to the trellis.

Thanks everyone, for the fun ideas!   And way to go Shelly...come in any time and pick up your frame. :)

Christmas In July: Week Two

Last week's "Class to Go" was a huge hit! It was so fun to hear everyone's enthusiasm for the kits! (Do you know how much we LOVE hearing you enjoy our projects!? It makes our day!)

Ready for a peek of this week's project?

That's right! It's a 12x12 calendar...complete with EVERYTHING you need to make a beautiful 12 month calendar. The kit includes the 12x12 calendar, October Afternoon patterned paper (precut squares for your convenience), quote sheets (18 so there are plenty to choose from for each month), little die cuts for each month AND a set of vinyl "months"...fun, right? AND super easy. You really just need some adhesive and some photos and you'll have a great Christmas gift ready to rock and roll!

Here's another peek...

Hope to see you very soon! :) Elizabeth

*Please note that kits are awaiting some final touches...we're eagerly awaiting a shipment from October Afternoon. We "hope" they'll be ready by Saturday morning. In the meanwhile, we are keeping a waiting list for pre-paid kits as last week's sold out incredibly fast!

This Saturday...

...is Die Cut Club! Join us at 10am, 11am, or 12pm! Class is free for all Die Cut Club members. To become a Die Cut member, it's just $12 and includes unlimited use of the die cut machines for an entire year!

"create your own masterpiece!"

Check out what you can make happen when you partner a 12x12 "bare wood" frame with fun 3-d objects! We made one into a racetrack (paint black and then add little white pieces of vinyl to create road)...one became a lego masterpiece (this one's getting lots of attention) and my favorite, the antiqued white button showpiece (we first painted the frame with white distress paint which made it all crackled and aged, then covered with white buttons).

Okay...so ready for some fun? We're looking for MORE creative ideas on what we can make happen with these awesome frames. Leave a comment (by 7/10) with what you think we should do next and one lucky person will win a 12x12 bare wood frame! Fun, right?

Have fun dreaming up all sorts of fun possibilities! :) Elizabeth

P.S. Did you see the signage for the AWESOME special? Buy the frame for $10, enjoy 50% off the 12x12 magnet piece! That's just $13.50 for a great project!
