Are you in LOVE with mini books?  Join Amy on the first Friday night of each month to create a fun-filled mini book!

This month's bright and cheerful book celebrates all the sweet, simple joys in your life.  Sometimes it is important for us to slow down for a few minutes and really focus on the simple joys!  :) 

You will get to play with lots of Heidi Swapp alphabet masks, beautiful bling, and the beautiful new Confetti line by My Mind's Eye.

Friday, September 7th (7-9 pm) will kick off the 6-month mini book series.  You can either pay $20 per class, or join for the six months and receive the 6th class for free!

look what i made!

i love felt! i saw the super cute idea of decorating little baby clothes with felt on 2peas and miss stephanie has been having some fun in new york too. it seemed like big fun and i love felt so i made this little onesie with felt and the new dino die cut. i'm hoping to see baby konnor and baby davey in carly tee fashions soon!

Boredom Busters = Homework

Have you seen the Boredom Buster packs we have?  My little ones LOVE them.  Hours of enjoyment, seriously!  Do you have big kids going back to school?  These packs would be so fun for the little ones who get left behind.  Just pull it out when the older kids go to school, and tell them it is "homework" just for them! They will love it and be so happy. 

It makes me think of this, from Jamie Waters.  Also, check out some of her great scrap work too, I just love her style.

this is her summer book with the crazy new basic grey paper, the kaiser wooden rectangle (they meant them as placemats but we saw mini books) and the mcgill tab punch. alissa made a title page for each month with a transparency and a heidi swapp polka dot mask. isn't it such a cool book?! you can check it out in person at the store.

this is a mini book of alissa's favorite photos. it's from a class she's been taking from shimelle, all of the pages are made of transparency and stitched together to create a pocket. then the photos are inside the pockets. isn't it so cool?!
