guess what's back?

Yep, they're here. They really are! Finally!

Miss Julie and her family are in LOVE with Webkinz! Seriously in love. sniff sniff...

miss holly...one of our super sweet gals here at treasury is leaving mid december as she will be finishing up school at western and will be student teaching close to home.

soooo...that means we need to find someone to join our treasury family! if you or someone you know loves helping people, totally enjoys crafting (especially paper crafts!), and would like to be part of a pretty wonderful group of ladies, email us or drop off a resume along with 2 creative samples. let us know why YOU should be the next "TOM" girl. we're looking for that "special someone" who meets the above criteria and is available approximately 25-30 hours a week including sundays. interested? we'd love to hear from you!

idea #13: VINYL.

we have added a few new ideas to our "vinyl gallery!" we're in love with all the creative possibilities! check out a couple of our latest:

i made this one last night with my kiddos...i covered their hands with some making memories paint (so great b/c it washes off things very easily as i can attest to after last night!). i added clips on either side so their grandparents can easily change the photos...fun, right?

...okay and this next one...how cute would this be with all your family's stockings? love it! (we even have the hooks for you...we make it easy!)

were you one of the lucky ones?

one of our especially fun "goodies" this past weekend were the "making memories" wall units...wow! they flew out of here...especially the magnetic chalkboard! it's so fun b/c you can use the bistro markers (looks kind of like chalk but without all the dust) PLUS we've added different vinyl options to further customize it for your needs.

there's the brushed silver magnetic board, the push pin cloth board and the magnetic chalkboard...lots of possibilities! you can partner them with each other (imagine 4 clustered together)...so much fun!

so anyway, i had to share the good news! we sold out of our magnetic chalkboards (even after receiving a huge 2nd shipment!)...but we have lots, lots more coming! we'll let you know as soon as they arrive as i know we have lots of folks awaiting their arrival!

idea #12: beautiful and simple gift idea!

Check out Mel's "enhanced" coasters...most folks would simply insert a photo into these heavyweight glass photo coasters. Mel took it a whole new level...she photocopied some scrapbook pages and shrunk them to be itty bitty. She also added the Basic Grey white flourish rubons to the outside of the coasters...aren't they beautiful? :) Elizabeth

vinyl, vinyl everywhere!

holiday card demo

hi everyone,

have you already heard how much i love the november stamp of the month? well, you probably have so i won't say it again but i do want to show you one of my stamp of the month cards. 

i've had a few questions about how to make it so i thought i'd give you all a little demo.

step #1: cut a "tree" mask out of scrap paper. post-its work great, especially when you have the adhesive part to stick it to your card. if you don't have a post-it, just use some removable adhesive to stick your mask onto your card. i used removable dotto.

step #2: stamp your background stamp repeatedly to cover card. i used the black stazon ink on the green metallic kaiser cards because they are a glossy paper. and even with the stazon, it's always a safe bet to set the card aside to dry for a bit, (or you can speed things up with a little blast from your heat gun).

step #3: remove mask and if you used the dotto adhesive, rub off the leftover adhesive.

step #4: stamp a star on top of your "tree" with the glue pad and sprinkle on silver glitter. then shake off the excess and ta-da!
