first mini book class of 2008!

Are you so excited about a new year...a fresh start?  I totally am and have lots of goals for 2008. 

I know, I know...most of our "resolutions" will be broken.  And that is ok!  :)  But I like to look at it this way:  resolutions are simply our goals...they are just a course to try and follow.  Without a course to follow, how do we know where to go? 

So to help me stay focused, I thought it would be fun to make a mini book highlighting my goals/resolutions/intentions.  Wanna join me? 

To give you some time to recover from the holidays, I thought we would have our monthly mini book class the 2nd Friday this month...which is January 11th.  Same time (7 - 9 pm), same place (Treasury), same me with my giggles, silly stories, and yummy treats!  I look forward to ringing in the new year with you and getting ready to make the most of 2008!

we {heart} canvas.

how awesome is this latest burst of creativity by the talented kim?

she used nine 4x4 canvas pieces to create this fun collage of photos! first, she painted the canvas pieces black with the making memories paint, then added photos, rubons, and vinyl words.

and here's some super fun news: kim's teaching an "all about canvas" class in january!  we'll be releasing all the class details at the end of december.

we'll be having all sorts of fun with canvas in 2008.  to kick it off, we're expecting a HUGE delivery of canvas in early january...wait til you see all the amazing possibilities! it's going to be so much fun!

okay two fun things for you today...ready?

first...meet miss patti! she's our newest "tom girl" here at treasury and she's just so fun! come and say "hi!"

second...miss patti is holding this cute little organizational unit that people are loving.  alissa dressed it up today by adding vinyl, some brand new "ZOE" paper and then she made some marble magnets with this new line of goodies! cute, right?
