Hi everyone! Can you believe it's ALMOST APRIL already?!

That means all kinds of fun new projects in the store, including, but not limited to a new Project of the Month and a new Stamp of the Month!

This month's stamp of the month is a clear set from Hero Arts that includes butterflies, flowers, words and hearts... and at 40% off, it's a deal you shouldn't miss! Getting ready for 20 Hours of FUN!

Hi Everyone! The excitement is building around here for our 20 Hour Benefit Crop! We've had so many people offer to help us get ready (thank you!)...and we'd love to take you up on it!

This coming Wednesday, April 2nd, we'll be hosting an all day "Let's Get Ready" party!  So come on by anytime between 10am and 8pm and we'd LOVE your help in prepping our goody pails and mini book kits!

we are CRAZY about CLEAR....

and we hope you will be too after checking out the amazing project possibilities we have in the store!

Michelle and Tammy rocked our 12x12 acetate sheets by creating layouts directly on them for a cool look! Tammy (top layout) used our new Hambly "woodgrain" overlay and owl rub-ons for her cute layout about a recent camping trip. Michelle used our new Kaiser adhesive felt strip (I am in love with this product....seriously I-N L-O-V-E) along with Kaiser brads that work great with the clear backing of her layout. I also love how painting a small amount of acrylic paint on the edges of the acetate give it that classic, polished look...perfect for cards, layouts, and/or mini-books!

We are so excited about the possibilities of acetate....starting in April, we will be featuring monthly specials on different products that magically and effortlessly work with the acetate! If you have never seen or used the acetate before, feel free to ask one of our friendly TOM girls which adhesives and/or other product work the best with it so you can start playing right away! So come in this week to check out our newest "crazy about clear" display...I promise you will be inspired and intrigued by this newest trend in the scrapbooking world.

meet kaiser...

you might have heard that we LOVE kaiser at treasury. love, love, love them! we are so happy to have bunches of new kaiser products at the store and we want to share them with you. so let's meet some kaiser products...

kaiser paper is double-sided and beautiful. we have 24 lines, each with 4 paper styles in a line. here are two of my favorite kaiser lines, hideaway and vagabond.

another one of my new favorite things is kaiser wood flourishes. there's flowers, butterflies and lots of swirly curls and even some fun christmas designs. great for mini books, photo blocks, canvas and mobiles. (did you see ali's butterfly mobile? check it out here and wouldn't it be soooo cool with wooden butterflies?)

and here's my first kaiser project, photo blocks with kaiser paper and wood flowers. i used quick grip to put the flowers on and i'm loving that flower on top. (by the way, how beautiful are tammy t's girls?!)

mme tuesday cards!

Are you just loving the new My Mind's Eye lines?  The paper and embellishments are all so adorable and coordinate perfectly! 

We will be featuring MME and a super cool folding technique for this week's Tuesday card classes.  Hope you can join us!  Only $5 for three fun cards (two are featured below) and all you need to bring is a trimmer and adhesive.  You definitely want your trimmer (and a score blade if you have one) to create the fun acordion card.

ribbon memory boards

Check out these awesome ribbon memory boards made out of canvas!  Michelle made the first one with a 12x12 canvas. She painted the sides of the canvas, glued her patterned paper to the front of the canvas, attached ribbon in diagnals all over the canvas (by stapling the ribbon to the back of the canvas), and added buttons as an extra embellishment. Isn't it adorable? I love it! The second one is gorgeous as well. Tamara used a 24x24 canvas, painted the entire canvas and then had all her ribbon pieces going in the same direction. It's so much fun, easy to make, and it's unique.

celebrating women week

we're excited to announce our upcoming celebrating women week! 

it all started when we approached the Melissa Frances' booth at CHA...we fell in love with their new "Thankful" line. immediately, we began making plans for an event that focused on celebrating women! then, we were blessed with Carolyn Peeler's sweet "yes" to host a workshop at treasury!

so now we're hosting celebrating women week featuring Carolyn Peeler's beautiful mini book class on saturday, april 12th at 1:30pm for $40. also we'll be having a special tuesday card class on april 8th at 1pm and 7pm, not to mention an amazing mini book kit, a whole week of inspirational blog posts and projects from the TOM girls and super new products!

we hope you'll join us for this extra special week as we honor all the amazing women in our lives!
