Remember the fun My Mind's Eye contest we were having this month?  All you had to do was bring in a project using the MME line and one person's name would be randomly drawn for a prize! 

The winner is...(drum roll please)...AMANDA PECK!  She created this super fun mini book and will receive a $50 gift certificate to Treasury.  Just in time for National Scrapbooking Day...what a fun way to celebrate!

project of the month...

today is the last day of the month and that means a new project tomorrow. we still have some of the cute mother's day books julie designed and you still about 11 days until mother's day. come on down and pick up a few. one for your mom and one for your grandmom and a few for your friends that are mothers! you know we have a couple first time moms celebrating their first mother's day amongst the TOM girls, right? :) happy mother's day, kim and tam! enjoy your day!

Have I told you about my baby?...

Hi ladies,

I don't think I have told you about my baby. My little Revolution that I have had for a while. I am loving this thing. It helps me with the perfect accents for my cards and layouts...and it helps me use up my enormous stash of paper scraps that I have! And I realized again the other day at work that we are selling these puppies at $79.99! That is a HUGE deal! Add a die or two and you are ready to roll. I have found that it's easy to take to crops and much less awkward to deal with than my squeeze tool. Just roll it and go! So I invite you to join me in the fun! just a reminder

hi everyone! just a late night reminder that TOMORROW is TUESDAY CARD CLASS day... WOO HOO!!!!!!

we'll be playing with all kinds of product, but our focus is on acetate-front cards and what you can do with (on, to, etc.) them! so join me at 1 and 7 p.m. to make three great cards for ONLY $5! just bring your trimmer, scissors and adhesive (suggestions for tomorrow's adhesive would be glue dots, quick grip or double stick tape).

and as a bonus to ALL CARD CLASS ATTENDEES ONLY, acetate will be 20% off tomorrow. yep. fun stuff!

tuesday cards - fun with acetate!

I am SO EXCITED that today is supposed to be a pretty nice day and this weekend is supposed to be BEAUTIFUL! Good weather really does improve my mood. According to the extended forecast, however, Tuesday is destined to be a bit rainy and chilly again... what better way to brighten a dreary day than to come to Treasury and make some cards with Tamara?! We'll be playing with acetate front cards... we'll use rub ons, bling, stamps and staz on ink, fun patterned paper.... you totally want to come to class now, don't you?! But I bet you want a sneak peek at the cards? I'd be happy to comply! So fun, right? I had a great time making these cards and I know you will, too! So I'll see you on Tuesday at 1 and 7 p.m. And remember, it's ONLY $5 to make ALL THREE CARDS and you only need to bring your scissors, trimmer and adhesive (may I suggest glue dots, double stick tape or quick grip - all available in the store).

I'll be doing a fun Make-n-Take card on Saturday using the Silhouette machine. We'll be using one of my favorite images from the Block Party Portfolio...any guesses? And remember that the Block Party Portfolio is only $44.00 for the month of April...it's usually $69.99!  hope you're already registered for Paper Party...I saw the project yesterday and it's SO cute.
