New Arrivals!

When the UPS driver arrived he came and delivered a load of boxes to the back of the store and went out the door, came back, delivered another load, and another and another I was a little bit apprehensive.....

But wait till you see what we pulled out of all those boxes...  They were smack full of the cutest holiday clear stamps from Studio G, including fabulous new colors of their inkpads.  We also received a whole schwack (is that a word?) of the fantastic wood-mounted Alphabet stamps by Studio G. 

 

All these goodies are only $1 a piece, yes, that is one buck each.  How cool is that? 

 

Our favorite is the tree one, in the middle of the top row.  How cute would this be with some fabulous rhinestones to jazz it up?   So come quickly and stock up now, they are going fast.

Fun Fall Mini-Book Class!

  Well, you can definitely feel that fall is here--even when the sun comes out, the air now has that crispness to it, and you can tell that the bugs are just in a panic because it's almost the end of their run! (yay!) I love the low fog in the morning in the field behind our house, I love the leaves that my boys bring in to be pressed for projects at school...OH! And I love that school has started again!!  School has always been a favorite for me:  freshly sharpened pencils, the first day of school pictures, the deep yellow of the school buses running around town, the field trips to local pumpkin patches, and okay, the little bit of freedom for a mom of four!  (You KNOW you're thinkin' it if you're a mom!!) Then, there's Halloween:  the picking and picking again of costumes--changing our minds about five times, and of course, trick or treating, fall fun festivals at church, and then the last hoorah of fall: Thanksgiving!!  Family, friends, together.  So, what exactly is my point here?  My really fun point is, that wouldn't it be great to have all of the things that make fall so special to you and your family made up into a fun mini book?  Well, I thought so!  So I created a 4x6, 12 page chipboard book with a clear acetate cover filled with all kinds of fall stuff.  For only $20 and a great girls' night out, I might add, this cute book comes with the  "fall" orange vinyl on front, fun fall papers by Scenic Route, GREAT word stickers by 7 Gypsies, orange rhinestones, ribbon, and some fun ways (taught by me!) to scrap your fall memories! Just bring your 4x6 pictures and basic scrapbooking supplies, (adhesives, trimmers, scissors, journaling pens, etc.)and join me on Friday, October 10 at 7:00 for a fabulous night of mini-scrap-bookin'!  And of course, there will definitely be treats!!  I'm not ashamed of  bribery, obviously.  :)   Call to sign up you and a friend today!

Spooky-Ooky Tuesday Cards!

 

BOOOO!  (I know that saying that in person is a little more effective than in a blog post, but I thought I'd give it a whirl.)  Anyways...Halloween is creepin' up on us and I absolutely LOVE it!!  So I couldn't help myself and made these halloween cards...(fyi: these may not be the last...)  We're going to make a haunted house out of our sand castle die cut, and I thought it would be fun to make a "cone" card to put yummy treats in for your favorite little goblin!  And the eeky-creepy spider is so cool cut out of our black sparkly paper!  (THE ONLY way a spider can be cool in my book.) So, bring your favorite icky-sticky adhesives (including pop-dots and glue dots,) some scary scissors and sanding tools, and come be "spooky-ooky" with us at Tuesday cards!  (Can't  you just hear the Adams' Family theme song?) :)  These frightfully fabulous cards are just $5!  Come to either the 1:00 or 7:00 class--or both!  We'd love to see you!
